Historic 1970s commercial tower on Jalan Sultan specialising in fabric, textile wholesale and garment retailers. Long a destination for tailors, dressmakers and fashion students sourcing fabrics at wholesale prices. Part of the Kampong Glam and Arab Street textile heritage corridor.
