From Changi Airport
MRT (East-West / Thomson-East Coast Line) is cheapest and takes ~30–50 min to the city. Taxis and private-hire (Grab) are faster and available 24/7 from all terminals.
The MRT is your best friend
Six colour-coded lines cover almost everywhere you'll want to go. Trains run roughly 5:30am–midnight.
Getting a transit card
Tap a contactless bank card or phone directly at gates — no need to buy a separate card for most visitors. If you want a physical card, a SimplyGo card is available at any MRT station.
